Montgomery County Md - Parks Several weeks back I talked about the contest to find the teen Park spokesperson (Park Star Search). Well the process starts soon, with auditions on March 29 and again on April 5. So re – read the post, get out and try out, or learn how to participate in the selection process. I also recently told you about the parks program to plant a tree and how to registering for a summer camp programs. Well today is about the summer intern program to be offered by the Parks and Planning Department for College students. They will be conducting interview for position in Mid April and announcing the selection by Mid May. If know of student interested in regional or community planning, architecture, landscape architecture or urban design, urban studies or geography, environmental planning or science, historic preservation, or a slew of other related fields have them check out this opportunity to learn and get paid too.
