Autumn Walk Subdivision Autumn Walk is a townhouse community off of Bonifant Road just west of the Bonifant Road and Layhill Road intersection. These townhouses are predominately 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms units all with basements, with living space ranging from 1420 to 1840 on lots around .07 acres, ranging roughly 30 to 35 years in age, and each with assigned parking. The condo fees currently covers trash removal, snow removal, tot lot(s)/playground along with Exterior Building Maintenance, a Master Insurance police and Reserve funds. A July 19, 2007 check of the Montgomery County Public School Locator reveals that the Elementary Schools that handle the community is either Strathmore ES or Bel Pre ES, the middle school for the community is Argyle MS (which just across Bel Pre Rd), and the high school for the area is Kennedy HS. Contributor's Note Bob is a licensed Realtor in Maryland, and Silver Spring 20906 is his primary market place.
